GradTutor is an online tutoring platform that is exclusive to a particular school community. Tutoring services are exchanged solely between alumni and current students of the same school. Our mission is to empower students on their academic journey through personalized and high-quality online tutoring.

Who are the GradTutor tutors?

Tutors at GradTutor are outstanding alumni of your school. Selected through a thorough interview process, they provide exceptional and personalised academic guidance tailored to your school’s curriculum.

In which subjects do you offer support?

We offer tutoring in all school subjects from Grades 5-12.

Where does the tutoring session take place?

Tutoring takes place in virtual classrooms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

What are Term Packages?

Term Packages include 12-13 weekly sessions with one tutor. As the school term progresses, the number of sessions decreases each week. You can check how many sessions are left in the service description of a Term Package or in the GradTutor Academic Calendar 24/25.

When are the holidays?

We have listed all operating days in our academic calendar. Any day not listed in the calendar is considered a tutoring-free day. View Academic Calendar 24/25.

Online Tutoring

How do I join my tutor's virtual classroom?

After booking your session(s), please refer to the ‘Invoice for your order’ email for your tutor’s virtual classroom details (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.). If you experience any login issues, please reach out to your tutor directly or contact us at support@gradtutor.net.

How can I send learning materials to my tutor?

After booking your session(s), refer to the ‘Invoice for your order’ email to find your tutor’s contact information. You can then send your learning materials directly to them.

How long is a session?

Trial session: 30 minutes
Single session: 60 minutes
Term Package sessions: 60 minutes
